Vise/Trent teamed up in July 2003 but skated at the same rink since they were young. Vise's sister Brittany is also a pair skater and competed at the international level. Vise/Trent are the first couple to perform a quadruple throw Salchow in ISU competition (2007 Trophee Bompard). They are taking part in choreographing their programs. Trent has acquired a Bacherlor's degree in Business and a Minor in Spanish.
