Kerr/Kerr are brother and sister. They teamed up in 2000. Both have been taking jobs as actors and models to finance their skating. John Kerr was a double for the footballer Ally McCoist in a movie and appeared in various TV series. Sinead Kerr has worked as a part-time model for designer Alexander McQueen. The couple switched coaches after the 2005/06 season. Coach Evgeni Platov is a two-time Olympic Ice Dancing Champion (1994 and 1998 with Oksana Grishuk).
